RULES REPEALING THE ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE
(PREROGATIVE WRITS) RULES 1978




The Chief Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him
by section 14 of the Administration of Justice (Prerogative Writs) Act
1978, makes the following rules:

Citation and Commencement
1 These Rules may be cited as the Rules Repealing the
Administration of Justice (Prerogative Writs) Rules 1978, and shall come
into operation on 1 January 2006.

Repeal
2 The Administration of Justice (Prerogative Writs) Rules 1978 are
repealed.
