GOVERNMENT FEES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2005

The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred by
section 2(1) of the Government Fees Act 1965, makes the following
Regulations:

Citation
1 These Regulations may be cited as the Government Fees
Amendment Regulations 2005.

Amendment of Schedule
2 The Schedule to the Government Fees Regulations 1976 is
amended by deleting Head 48 and substituting the following Head —

"Head 48
Public Holidays Act 1947

Issuing a holiday trading licence under
section 8—

(a) annual—
where the floor of a shop is 2,500
square feet or less

$320.00;

(b) annual—
where the floor of a shop exceeds
2,500 square feet

$1,000.00;

(c) for a single day $80.00".

Commencement
3 These Regulations shall come into force on the 1st day of April
2005.
