ROAD TRAFFIC (APPROVED INSTRUMENT) ORDER 2004

The Minister of Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred
upon him by section 1 of the Road Traffic Act 1947, makes the following
Order:

Citation
1 This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Approved
Instrument) Order 2004.

Instrument approved
2 The Camic-Datamaster Infra-Red Breath Analyser, being an
instrument of a kind that is designed to receive and make an analysis of
a sample of the breath of a person in order to measure the proportion of
alcohol in the blood of that person, is approved as suitable for the
purposes of sections 35C, 35D, 35E, 35F, 35G and 35H of the Road
Traffic Act 1947.

Revocation of B.R. 26/1995
3 The Road Traffic (Approved Instrument) Order 1995 is revoked.
