THE LEGAL AID AMENDMENT ACT 2003 COMMENCEMENT
DAY NOTICE 2004

The Minister of Health and Family Services, in exercise of the
power conferred upon her by section 1 of the Legal Aid Amendment Act
2003, gives the following Notice:

Citation
1 This Notice may be cited as the Legal Aid Amendment Act 2003
Commencement Day Notice 2004.

Commencement
2 The 19th day of January, 2004 is appointed as the day on which
the Legal Aid Amendment Act 2003 comes into operation.
