GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES (HEALTH INSURANCE) (RATES)
AMENDMENT ORDER 2004

The Minister, in exercise of the power conferred by section 12 of
the Government Employees (Health Insurance) Act 1986, makes the
following Order:

Citation and commencement
1 This Order may be cited as the Government Employees (Health
Insurance) (Rates) Amendment Order 2004 and shall come into
operation on 1 June 2004.

Amendment of BR 18 of 2001
2 The Government Employees (Health Insurance) (Rates) Order
2001 is amended by deleting Part A of the Schedule to the Order and
substituting the following —

"PART A
GENERAL RATES OF CONTRIBUTION

GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES (HEALTH INSURANCE) (RATES)
