THE NURSING ACT COMMENCEMENT DAY NOTICE 2003

The Minister responsible for Health, in exercise of the powers

conferred on him by section 11 of the Nursing Act 1997, gives the
following Notice:⎯

Citation
1 This Notice may be cited as the Nursing Act Commencement Day
Notice 2003.

Commencement
2 The 28th day of March 2003 is appointed as the day on which
the Nursing Act 1997 shall come into operation.
