THE GOVERNMENT FEES AMENDMENT (NO.2) REGULATIONS
2003

The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on
him by section 2(1) of the Government Fees Act 1965, makes the
following Regulations:

Citation
1 These Regulations may be cited as the Government Fees
Amendment (No.2) Regulations 2003.

Amendment of Schedule to SR & O 24/1976
2 The Schedule to the Government Fees Regulations 1976 is
amended by inserting after Head 50 the following 

"HEAD 50A

Psychological Practitioners Act 1998

Registering a psychologist under section 8
and issuing a certificate of registration. $100.00

Renewal of certificate of registration under
section 11. $100.00
