THE BERMUDA HOSPITALS BOARD (MEDICAL AND DENTAL
CHARGES) AMENDMENT ORDER 2003

The Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by
section 13A of the Bermuda Hospitals Board Act 1970, makes the
following Order:—

Citation and commencement
1 This Order may be cited as the Bermuda Hospitals Board
(Medical and Dental Charges) Amendment Order 2003 and shall come
into operation on 1 April 2003.

Amends paragraph 2 of B.R. No 12 of 1999
2 Paragraph 2 of the Bermuda Hospitals Board (Medical and
Dental Charges) Order 1999 is amended by deleting Table 1 and
substituting the following—

Evaluation and Management by Specialists (including
Paediatricians) $1.50

Evaluation and Management by Paediatricians-
Neonatology $2.57"
