COMMENCEMENT DAY NOTICE 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Minister of Finance
by section 1 of the Trusts (Regulation of Trust Business) Act 2001, the
following notice is hereby given:

1 This Notice may be cited as the Trusts (Regulation of Trust
Business) Act 2001 Commencement Day Notice 2001.

Commencement day
2 The 25th day of January 2002 is appointed as the day on which
the Trusts (Regulation of Trust Business) Act 2001 shall come into
operation.
