COURT FEES AND EXPENSES AMENDMENT RULES 2002

The Chief Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him
by sections 2 and 3 of the Court Fees And Expenses Act 1971, makes the
following Rules

Citation
1 These Rules may be cited as the Court Fees And Expenses
Amendment Rules 2002.

Rescinds and replaces Third Schedule to SR&O No. 46 of 1972
2 The Third Schedule to the Court Fees and Expenses Rules 1972
is rescinded and replaced by the following—
