NOTICE 2001
The Minister of the Environment, Development and Opportunity,
in exercise of the power conferred on him by section 3(5) of the Bermuda
National Parks Act 1986, gives the following Notice:—
Citation
1 This Notice may be cited as the Bermuda National Parks (Maps
of Protected Areas) Notice 2001.
Maps for protected areas
2 (1) The maps relating to the protected areas referred to in
paragraph (2) have been prepared and may be inspected at the offices of
the Department of Parks, Botanical Gardens, 169 South Road, Paget,
between the hours of 8.45 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
(2) The protected areas in respect of which maps have been
prepared are as follows—
(a) Abbot's Cliff Park, Hamilton Parish;
(b) Barnes Corner Park, Southampton;
(c) Ferry Point Park, St. George's;

(d) Gibbs Hill Lighthouse Additional Park Land,
Southampton;
(e) Virginia Park, Sandys; and
