EXEMPTED PARTNERSHIPS AMENDMENT ACT 2001

[Date of Assent: 8 August 2001]

[Operative Date: 8 August 2001]

WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the Exempted Partnerships
Act 1992.

Be it enacted by The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and
with the advice and consent of the Senate and the House of Assembly of
Bermuda, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Short title
1 This Act may be cited as the Exempted Partnerships Amendment
Act 2001.

Interpretation
2 In this Act "the principal Act" means the Exempted Partnerships
Act 1992.

Section 13 of principal Act amended
3 Section 13(1) of the Principal Act is amended by deleting
paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraphs—

"(b) change the term of the partnership;

(c) change the resident representative;

(d) change the address of the resident representative; and

(e) change the address of the registered office.".
