THE MARINE BOARD (PILOTAGE DUES) AMENDMENT
REGULATIONS 1999

The Minister in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by
section 103(2)(iv) of the Marine Board Act 1962 makes the following
Regulations:

Citation and commencement
1 These Regulations which amend the Marine Board (Pilotage
Dues) Regulations 1972 may be cited as the Marine Board (Pilotage
Dues) Amendment Regulations 1999 and shall come into operation on 1
April 1999.

Amendments
2 The Marine Board (Pilotage Dues) Regulations 1972 are amended
by deleting the Schedule thereto and substituting the following—

"SCHEDULE (regulation 2)

Port of destination or departure Dues payable per
metre of draught

St. George, including Five Fathom Hole,
Murray's Anchorage and Esso Oil Docks

$102.00

Dockyard, including the anchorage at Grassy
Bay

$143.00

Hamilton, including anchorages and berths in
Great Sound and Port Royal Bay

$152.00

Port to port shift $102.00

Shift within a port, using a pilot $ 70.00

Pilotage detention $ 83.00 hour
or part

thereof".
