THE BERMUDA AIRPORT AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1999

The Minister in exercise of the powers conferred on him by
section 6 of the Civil Airports Act 1949, makes the following
regulations:

Citation
1 These Regulations may be cited as the Bermuda Airport
Amendment Regulations 1999.

Amendment of principal Regulations
2 Regulation 2 of the Bermuda Airport Regulations 1959 is
amended by deleting the words "Civil Aviation" and substituting the
words "Airport Operations".

Commencement
3 These Regulations come into operation on 16th July 1999.
