THE TRUSTS (SPECIAL PROVISIONS) (CAMELLIA LIMITED
DESIGNATION) ORDER 1998

The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the power conferred upon
him by section 12(2) of the Trusts (Special Provisions) Act 1989, makes
the following Order:—

Citation
1 This Order may be cited as the Trusts (Special Provisions)
(Camellia Limited Designation) Order 1998.

Designation
2 Camellia Private Trust Company Limited, a company
incorporated and registered under the Companies Act 1981 on 2 October
1997, is hereby designated under section 12(2) of the Trusts (Special
Provisions) Act 1989.
