THE PERSONAL WATER CRAFT (EXEMPTION) REVOCATION
NOTICE 1998

The Minister in exercise of the power conferred upon him by
regulation 11 of the Marine Board (Safety) Regulations 1993 gives the
following Notice:

Citation
1 This Notice may be cited as the Personal Water Craft (Exemption)
Revocation Notice 1998.

Revokes G.N. 698 of 1989
2 The Personal Water Craft (Exemption) Notice 1989 is hereby
revoked.
