THE MINISTERS (CHANGE OF RESPONSIBILITIES) ORDER
1998

In exercise of the power conferred upon her by subsection (1) of
section 1 of the Ministers (Change of Responsibilities and Style) Act 1974
and every other power her hereunto enabling, the Premier makes the
following Order:—

Citation
1 This Order may be cited as the Ministers (Change of
Responsibilities) Order 1998.

Amendment of statutory provisions by reference
2 References in any statutory provision to the Minister of Health
and Social Services shall be construed as references to the Minister of
Labour, Home Affairs and Public Safety.
