THE LIQUOR LICENCE AMENDMENT ACT COMMENCEMENT
DAY NOTICE 1998

The Minister of Labour, Home Affairs & Public Safety, in exercise
of the power conferred upon him by section 31 of the Liquor Licence
Amendment Act 1998, gives the following Notice:

1 This Notice may be cited as the Liquor Licence Amendment Act
Commencement Day Notice 1998.

Commencement
2 The 15th day of May 1998 is appointed as the day on which the
Liquor Licence Amendment Act 1998 comes into operation.
