LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GASES (HANDLING, STORAGE,
SUPPLY AND TRANSPORT) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1998

The Minister in exercise of the power conferred upon him by
section 3(1) of the Building Authority Act 1962 makes the following
Regulations:

Citation
1 These Regulations may be cited as the Liquefied
Petroleum Gases (Handling, Storage, Supply and Transport) Amendment
Regulations 1998.

Amends BR 54 of 1998
2 The Liquefied Petroleum Gases (Handling, Storage, Supply and
Transport) Regulations 1988 are amended—

(a) in regulation 4(1) by deleting the figure "75,000" and
substituting the figure "200,000"; and

(b) in regulation 7(2), by deleting the word "electrical".
