HOUSING ALLOWANCE (AFFORDABLE HOUSING
PERCENTAGE) ORDER 1998

The Minister in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by
section 7(2) of the Housing Allowance Act 1988 makes the following
Order:

Citation and commencement
1 This Order may be cited as the Housing Allowance (Affordable
Housing Percentage) Order 1998 and shall come into operation on 1
April 1998.

Affordable housing percentage
2 The affordable housing percentage is specified as fifteen to
twenty-five percent.

Rescinds BR66/1988
3 The Housing Allowance (Affordable Housing Percentage) Order
1988 is rescinded.
