THE BERMUDA MONETARY AUTHORITY (CURRENCY FORMS
AND DESIGNS, ETC) REGULATIONS 1997

[made under section 13 of the Bermuda Monetary Authority Act 1969 [title
16 item 11] and brought into operation on 27 June 1997]

Citation
1 These Regulations, which amend the Bermuda Monetary
Authority (Currency Forms and Designs, Etc.) Regulations 1988, may be
cited as the Bermuda Monetary Authority (Currency Forms and Designs,
Etc.) Amendment Regulations 1997.

Amends BR 44 of 1988
2 Regulation 4 of the Bermuda Monetary Authority (Currency
Forms and Designs, Etc.) Regulations 1988 is amended by deleting from
sub-paragraph (v) of paragraph (g) the words "Hibiscus (flowers)" and
substituting the words "Burnaby House (building)".
