TAXES MANAGEMENT (PRESCRIBED FORMS) REGULATIONS
1996

[made under section 50 of the Taxes Management Act 1976 [title 14 item
40] and brought into operation on 29 March 1996]

The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the power conferred upon
him by section 50 of the Taxes Management Act 1976 and otherwise,
makes the following Regulations:—

Citation
1 These Regulations may be cited as the Taxes Management
(Prescribed Forms) Regulations 1996.

Prescription of forms for Payroll Tax and Corporate Services Tax
2 The forms set forth in the Schedule, with such variations as
circumstances may require, are prescribed for the purposes of Payroll
Tax and Corporate Services Tax to which they respectively relate.
