SCHEDULE

Citation and commencement
1 This Order may be cited as the Government Employees (Health
Insurance) (Rates) Order 1996 and shall come into operation on 1 April
1996.

Rates
2 The rates of contribution to be paid by or in respect of an
insured person shall be as specified in the Schedule.

Revokes BR15/95
3 The Government Employees (Health Insurance) (Rates) Order
1995 is revoked.
