THE FISHERIES (PROTECTED AREAS) AMENDMENT ORDER
1996

The Minister in exercise of the power conferred upon him by
section 4 of the Fisheries Act 1972 makes the following Order:

Citation
1 This Order which amends the Fisheries (Protected Areas) Order
1990 may be cited as the Fisheries (Protected Areas) Amendment Order
1996.

Amendment
2 Paragraph 2 of the Fisheries (Protected Areas) Order 1990 is
amended—

(a) by deleting the comma at the end of sub-paragraph (k)
and substituting therefore the words "; and"; and

(b) by inserting next after sub-paragraph (k) the following—

"(l) Commissioner's Point Area" being the area
within a 200 metre radius of a stake located at
