THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE (INTERNATIONAL CO-OPERATION)
(BERMUDA) ACT 1994 COMMENCEMENT DAY NOTICE 1996

The Premier, in exercise of the power conferred upon him by
section 29 of the Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) (Bermuda)
Act 1994, gives the following Notice:

Citation
1 This Notice may be cited as the Criminal Justice (International
Co-operation) (Bermuda) Act 1994 Commencement Day Notice 1996.

Commencement
2 is appointed as the day on which the Criminal
Justice (International Co-operation) (Bermuda) Act 1994 comes into
operation.

Given this day of 1996
