RULES 1996

In exercise of the power conferred upon it by section 9 of the
Bermuda Bar Act 1974, the Bar Council makes the following Rules:

Citation
1 These Rules may be cited as the Bermuda Bar Association
(Organization) Amendment Rules 1996.

Amendment of rule 5 of S.R. & O. 45/1975
2 Rule 5(1)(b) of the Bermuda Bar Association (Organization) Rules
1975 is amended by deleting the words "ballot form listing" and
substituting the words "list of".
