FIRST SCHEDULE

SECOND SCHEDULE

WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the appropriation of the
sums which were included in the supplementary estimates for the year
ended 31 March 1994 and were expended in that year:

Be it enacted by The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and
with the advice and consent of the Senate and the House of Assembly of
Bermuda, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Short title
1 This Act may be cited as the Supplementary Appropriation
(1993/94) Act 1996.

Interpretation
2 In this Act the expression "Supplementary Estimates for the year
1993/94" means the supplementary estimates for that year that were
approved by resolution of the House of Assembly on 31 May 1996.

Appropriation: Supplementary Estimates 1993/94
3 In accordance with subsection (4) of section 96 of the
Constitution—

(a) the appropriation—

(i) to the purposes specified in column 2 of the
First Schedule;

(ii) of the sums specified in column 3 of that
Schedule,

being respectively purposes included in the Supple-
mentary Estimates for the year 1993/94 and sums
included in those Estimates and expended in that year;
and

(b) the expenditure in that year of the sums specified in
column 5 of the Second Schedule upon the capital
projects respectively specified in column 3 of that
Schedule,

are hereby authorised and confirmed.
