HOSPITAL INSURANCE (HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN)
(ADDITIONAL BENEFITS) AMENDMENT ORDER 1995

The Minister, in exercise of the power conferred upon him by
section 13 of the Hospital Insurance Act 1970, makes the following
Order:

Citation and commencement
1 This Order which amends the Hospital Insurance (Health
Insurance Plan) (Additional Benefits) Order 1988 may be cited as the
Hospital Insurance (Health Insurance Plan) (Additional Benefits)
Amendment Order 1995, and shall come into operation on 25 November
1995.

Amendment of BR 58 of 1988
2 The Schedule to the Hospital Insurance (Health Insurance Plan)
(Additional Benefits) Order 1988 is amended—

(a) by inserting next after item 5—

"6 Laser opthalmic treatment in a doctor's office: to
a maximum of 70 units.";

(b) by deleting the words "items 1 to 5 above" and
substituting the words "items 1 to 6 above".
