PARLIAMENTARY ELECTION AMENDMENT ACT 1994

[Operative Date 1 July 1994]

WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the Parliamentary Election
Act 1978:

Be it enacted by The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and
with the advice and consent of the Senate and the House of Assembly of
Bermuda, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Short title
1 This Act may be cited as the Parliamentary Election Amendment
Act 1994.

Amends s 11 of Act No 23 of 1978
2 Section 11 of the Parliamentary Election Act 1978 is amended in
subsection (5) by deleting the full stop and inserting immediately after
the word "appoint" the following—

"for a fee of 30¢ per page or $250 for a bound volume.".

Commencement
3 This Act comes into operation on the first day of the month next
following the date of passing.
