SCHEDULE

WHEREAS it is expedient to repeal the Parish Assistance Act
1968:

Be it enacted by The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and
with the advice and consent of the Senate and the House of Assembly of
Bermuda, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Short title
1 This Act may be cited as the Parish Assistance (Repeal) Act 1994.

Repeal of 1968 : No. 51
2 The Parish Assistance Act 1968 is repealed.

Consequential amendments
3 Consequentially upon the repeal of the Parish Assistance Act
1968, the enactments mentioned in column 1 of the Schedule are
repealed to the extent specified in column 2 of the Schedule.
