DAY NOTICE 1993

In exercise of power conferred upon the Premier by section 5 of
the Public Health Amendment Act 1993, the following Notice is hereby
given:—

1 This Notice may be cited as the Public Health Amendment Act
1993 Commencement Day Notice 1993.

Commencement day
2 The 1st day of June 1993 is appointed as the day on which the
Public Health Amendment Act 1993 shall come into operation.
