1. This Order may be cited as the
NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANISATIONS ACT (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER.
2. In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 22 of the Non-Governmental Organisations Act and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, DOLORES BALDERAMOS GARCIA, Minister responsible for Non-Governmental Organisations, do hereby appoint the 4th day of May, 2001, as the day the said Act shall come into force.

1. This Order may be cited as the
NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANISATIONS (REGISTRATION OF ORGANIZATIONSOPERATING PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF ACT) ORDER.
2. Non-Governmental Organisations already in existence and operating prior to the commencement of the Non-Governmental Organisations Act shall be and are hereby required to register under the Act from the date the Act comes into force until the 4th day of July, 2001, both days inclusive.
