An Act to appropriate certain sums out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, additional to the sums appropriated by the Appropriation (Parliamentary Departments) Act 1985-86, for certain expenditure, in relation to the Parliamentary Departments, in respect of the year ending on 30 June 1986 APPROPRIATION (PARLIAMENTARY DEPARTMENTS) ACT (No. 2) 1985-86 No. 32 of 1986 - SECT 1 Short title
(Assented to 3 June 1986) 1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (Parliamentary Departments) Act (No. 2) 1985-86. (Minister's second reading speech made in- House of Representatives on 19 March 1986 Senate on 17 April 1986) APPROPRIATION (PARLIAMENTARY DEPARTMENTS) ACT (No. 2) 1985-86 No. 32 of 1986 - SECT 2 Commencement
2. This Act shall come into operation on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent. APPROPRIATION (PARLIAMENTARY DEPARTMENTS) ACT (No. 2) 1985-86 No. 32 of 1986 - SECT 3 Issue and application of $1 050 000
3. The Minister for Finance may issue out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund and apply for the services specified in the Schedule, in respect of the year ending on 30 June 1986, the sum of $1 050 000.
APPROPRIATION (PARLIAMENTARY DEPARTMENTS) ACT (No. 2) 1985-86 No. 32 of 1986 - SECT 4 Appropriation
4. The sum authorized by this Act to be issued out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund is appropriated, and shall be deemed to have been appropriated as from 1 July 1985, for the services specified in the Schedule in respect of the financial year that commenced on that date.

5.
