1. Commencement

2. Amendment

3. Order 42A, rule 1 (Rate of interest)

4. Order 42A, rule 2 (Rate of interest in respect of earlier judgments)
4.1 Omit the rule, substitute: Rates of interest for earlier judgments "2. In respect of a judgment entered before 1 January 1992: (a) the rate of interest fixed for the period beginning on the day on which judgment was entered and ending at the end of 30 April 1986 is: (i) for a judgment entered before 1 October 1977-5% a year; and (ii) for a judgment entered on or after 1 October 1977-10% 10% a year; and (b) the rate of interest fixed for the period: (i) beginning on 1 May 1986 and ending at the end of 30 June 1990 is 15% a year; and (ii) beginning on 1 July 1990 and ending at the end of 31 December 1991 is 20% a year.".
