Commencement

Principal Regulations
2. In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Radiocommunications (Transmitter Licence Tax) Regulations. 1985 No. 225 RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS (TRANSMITTER LICENCE TAX) REGULATIONS

Interpretation
3. Regulation 2 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (1) the definition of "service" and substituting the following definition: "'service' means - (a) AUSSAT service; (b) Australian satellite service; (c) Base station, Class A (high density location) service; (d) Base station, Class A (low density location) service; (e) Exterior paging service, Class A; (f) Exterior paging service, Class B; (g) Exterior paging service, Class C; (h) Interior paging service; (i) Internal television service; or (j) Telemetry service". 1985 No. 225 RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS (TRANSMITTER LICENCE TAX) REGULATIONS

Amount of Tax

5.
