Health Insurance (1991-1992 Diagnostic Imaging Services Table) Regulations2 (Amendment)
I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Health Insurance Act 1973.

1.   Commencement
1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 May 1992.
2.   Amendment
2.1   The Health Insurance (1991-1992 Diagnostic Imaging Services Table) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.
 
3.   Schedule (Table of Diagnostic Imaging Services)
3.1   Rules of Interpretation—subrule 5 (6):
Add at the end:
 
         “; or    (c)       in the case of item 59300, 59303, 59306, 59309 or 59312, the                                          service is given at a clinic whose name and address is stated                                              in subrule (6A).”
 
3.2   Rules of Interpretation—rule 5:
After subrule 5 (6), insert:
 
         “(6A)   For the purposes of paragraph 5 (6) (c), the following clinics are stated:
            (a)       Bankstown Diagnostic Breast Centre,
                        52 Kitchener Parade,
                        Bankstown NSW 2200;
            (b)       The Breast Centre,
                        219 Christo Road,
                        Waratah NSW 2298;
            (c)       St Andrew’s Breast Clinic,
                        St Andrew’s War Memorial Hospital,
                        457 Wickham Terrace,
                        Brisbane Qld 4000;
            (d)       Sydney Square Breast Clinic,
                        12th floor,
                        99 Bathurst Street,
                        Sydney NSW 2000;
            (e)       The Wesley Breast Clinic,
                        The Wesley Hospital,
                        451 Coronation Drive,
                        Auchenflower Qld 4066.”.
