I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Act 1992. 1              Name of Regulations                 These Regulations are the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Amendment Regulations 2005 (No. 3). 2              Commencement                 These Regulations commence as follows:                 (a)    on 1 July 2005 — regulations 1 to 3 and Schedule 1;                (b)    on 1 July 2006 — Schedule 2. 3              Amendment of Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Regulations 1993          (1)   Schedule 1 amends the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Regulations 1993, as amended by the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Amendment Regulations 2005 (No. 1). Note   The Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Amendment Regulations 2005 (No. 1) are Select Legislative Instrument 2005 No. 25.          (2)   Schedule 2 amends the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Regulations 1993.
Schedule 1        Amendment commencing on 1 July 2005 (regulation 3)    [1]           After subregulation 9A (2) insert          (3)   The requirement in subregulation (1) does not apply to the Superannuation Holding Accounts Special Account mentioned in paragraph 32D (ca) of the Act.
