I, HELEN LLOYD COONAN, Minister for Communications, Information Technology and the Arts, make the following Determination under subparagraph 103(4A)(c)(ii) of the Radiocommunications Act 1992.

1               Name of Determination
 
This Determination is the Radiocommunications (Duration of CTV Transmitter Licences) Determination No. 1 of 2006.
 
2               Commencement
 
This Determination commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.  
 
3               Definition
 
In this Determination:
 
Act means the Radiocommunications Act 1992.
 
4               Determination
 
For the purposes of subparagraph 103(4A)(c)(ii) of the Act, the date of 31 December 2008 is specified.
