Determination 2006/17:
Remuneration and Allowances for Holders of Public Office
  (i)        Pursuant to subsections 7(3) and 7(4) of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973, the Remuneration Tribunal has inquired into the remuneration and allowances to be paid to holders of public office, and other matters significantly related thereto, and determines as set out below.   (ii)        This Determination takes effect on and from the day following the day it is registered in the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments unless otherwise specified.   PART 1 – PART-TIME OFFICES   1.1       In this part, Determination Number 12 of 2006 is referred to as the Principal Determination.   1.2       Table A1A of Schedule A of the Principal Determination is amended by inserting “$607” and “d” in Column 3 against “ANSTO – Technical Advisory Committee” with effect on and from 1 July 2006.   1.3                 Clause C2 of Schedule C of the Principal Determination is amended by deleting the words “Finance and Audit Committee” and inserting “Finance, Risk and Audit Committee”.   1.4                 Table A1A of Schedule A of the Principal Determination is amended by deleting the entries for “Australian Trade Commission (Austrade)” and “National Employment and Training Task Force”, including their associated entries in Columns 2-5.   1.5                 Clause A6 of the Additional Clauses to Table A1A of the Principal Determination is amended by deleting the second sentence, “A member who is appointed as a Deputy Chair of Austrade will receive $41,510 per annum.”   PART 2 – FULL-TIME OFFICES   2.1       In this part, Determination Number 13 of 2006 is referred to as the Principal Determination.   2.2       Clause 3.1.1 of the Principal Determination is amended by deleting all references to an accommodation allowance for Mr M Keelty.   2.3       Table 3A of the Principal Determination is amended by deleting the entry for “Mr M Keelty”, including its associated entries in columns 2-4.
