I, NICOLA ROXON, Minister for Health and Ageing, make these Rules under section 8 of the Private Health Insurance (Complaints Levy) Act 1995.

Part 1 Preliminary
1 Name of Rules
These Rules are the Private Health Insurance (Complaints Levy) Amendment Rules 2008.
2 Commencement
These Rules commence on:
(a) 1 December 2008; or
(b) if these Rules are registered after 1 December 2008 – on the day after they are registered.
3 Amendment of the Private Health Insurance (Complaints Levy) Rules 2007
The schedule amends the Private Health Insurance (Complaints Levy) Rules 2007.

[1] Subrule 6(1)
Delete 47,800,000, substitute:
47,950,000
[2] Subrule 7(1)
Delete 47,800,000, substitute:
47,950,000
