Schedule 1
[1]               Insert a new clause 8.2. to read
“The technical requirements adopted by the United Nations– Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) Regulation No. 13-H– UNIFORM PROVISIONS CONCERNING THE APPROVAL OF PASSENGER CARS WITH REGARD BRAKING, incorporating the 00 series of amendments from supplement 5 onwards shall be deemed to be equivalent to the technical requirements of this standard for NA category vehicles.”
