Variation to Licence Area Plan for Mildura/Sunraysia Television and Radio – No.1 of 2010
1. Enabling legislation
The Australian Communications and Media Authority makes this instrument under subsection 26(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.
2. Name of Instrument
This instrument is the Variation to the Licence Area Plan for Mildura/Sunraysia Television and Radio – No. 1 of 2010.
3. Commencement
This instrument commences the day after it is registered.

4. Variation
The Licence Area Plan - Mildura/Sunraysia Television and Radio determined by the Australian Broadcasting Authority on 13 July 1995 is varied as follows:
(a) the Licence Area Plan for Mildura/Sunraysia Television and Radio – July 1995 is renamed as “Licence Area Plan for Mildura/Sunraysia Television – No. 1 of 2010”.
(b) the Determination is varied to:
(i) number each of the paragraphs in the determination consecutively as clauses (1), (2), (3) and (4);
(ii) in clause (1), before the words “broadcasting services”, insert the word “television”;
(iii) omit clauses (3) and (4);
(iv) insert the following clause, after clause (2):
“(3) A reference in this Determination to a schedule or an attachment includes a reference to a schedule or attachment as amended from time to time.”
(c) omit Schedule One, substitute with Schedule One of this instrument;
(d) omit Schedule Two;
(e) omit Schedule Three;
(f) omit Attachment 1.1, substitute with Attachment 1.1 of this instrument;
(g) omit Attachment 1.2, substitute with Attachment 1.2 of this instrument;
(h) omit Attachment 1.3, substitute with Attachment 1.3 of this instrument;
(i) omit Attachment 1.6, substitute with Attachment 1.6 of this instrument;
(j) omit Attachments 2.1 through to and including Attachment 3.8.
