Exemption — carriage of aeronautical maps, charts and other aeronautical information and instructions
1          Duration
          This instrument:
(a)   commences on the day after it is registered; and
(b)   stops having effect at the earlier of:
             (i)  instrument CASA 109/10 ceasing to have effect; or
            (ii)  the end of 31 March 2011.
2          Application
          This instrument applies to the pilot in command of an RNP capable Airbus 320‑232 operated by Jetstar Airways Pty Limited, Aviation Reference Number 510654, conducting RNP-AR approaches and departures in accordance with instrument CASA 109/10.
3          Exemption
          The pilot in command is exempt from compliance with paragraph 233 (1) (h) of CAR 1988 to the extent mentioned in Schedule 1.
Schedule 1          Extent of exemption
            The exemption extends to the use of Naverus instrument approach and departure charts for the RNP-AR procedures being flown.
