1              Name of Determination
                This Determination is the Radiocommunications (Interpretation) Amendment Determination 2010 (No. 1).
2              Commencement
                This Determination commences on the day after it is registered.
3              Amendment of Radiocommunications (Interpretation) Determination 2000
                Schedule 1 amends the Radiocommunications (Interpretation) Determination 2000.

[1]           Schedule 1, definition of PMTS Class B
substitute
PMTS Class B means a Public Mobile Telecommunications Service Class B, being a service that consists of 2 or more land stations that are operated under a PTS licence.
[2]           Schedule 1, definition of PTS licence
substitute
PTS licence means an apparatus licence issued for a service that consists of 1 or more stations that are operated for the provision of a public mobile telecommunications service.
[3]           Schedule 1, definition of public mobile telecommunications service
substitute
public mobile telecommunications service means:
                (a)    a public mobile telecommunications service within the meaning of the Telecommunications Act 1997; or
               (b)    a service that:
                          (i)    would be a public mobile telecommunications service within the meaning of that Act except that the service does not comply with paragraph 32 (1) (c) of that Act; and
                         (ii)    is an exempt service under subsection 32 (4) of that Act.
