1 Name of Rules
These Rules are the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Amendment Rules 2010 (No.1).
2. Commencement
These Rules commence on:
(a) 20 March 2010; or
(b) if registered after 20 March 2010, the day after registration.
3. Amendment of the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules 2010
The Schedule amends the Private Health Insurance (Benefit Requirements) Rules 2010.
