MIGRATION AGENTS
(CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT –
MISCELLANEOUS ACTIVITIES)
Office of the MARA NOTICE No. MN07-10f OF 2010
The Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority, acting under clause 3 of Schedule 1 to the Migration Agents Regulations 1998:
(1) REVOKES the notice entitled Migration Agents (Continuing Professional Development – Miscellaneous Activities) Office of the MARA Notice MN38-09f of 2009, published on 17/09/2009; and
(2) SPECIFIES the miscellaneous activity described in column 2 in Schedule as an approved activity for the purposes of clause 3 where the provider or nature of the activities, and the status, points and level set out in Columns 3 to 6 (inclusive) are satisfied.
This notice has effect on and from 1 April 1998.

- relates specifically to the Migration Act 1958, the Migration Regulations and other legislation relating to migration procedure or migration portfolio policies and procedures

The Office of the MARA has specified proof that the book:
