Revocation of approval as a higher education provider on request by the body under subsection 22-40(1) of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (the Act)
 
Notice of revocation of approval under subsection 22-40(3) of the Act
 
In accordance with subsection 22-40(1) and 22-40(2) of the Act, on 4 April 2011, College of Law Pty Ltd requested in writing that the Minister revoke its approval as a higher education provider.
 
I, Neil McAuslan, a delegate of the Minister for Tertiary Education, Skills, Jobs and Workplace Relations for the purposes of section 22-40 of the Act:
 
(a)           hereby revoke the approval of College of Law Pty Ltd as a higher education provider, Instrument of Approval No 4 of 2005 dated 24 February 2005, and as registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments on 2 March 2005, pursuant to subsection 22-40(1) of the Act; and
 
(b)         shall cause a copy of this notice to be given to College of Law Pty Ltd as required by subsection
22-40(3)(b) of the Act.
 
 
In accordance with section 22-40(4) of the Act, the revocation shall take effect on 30 November 2011.
