I, TANYA PLIBERSEK, Minister for Health, make this Declaration under section 12 of the Quarantine Act 1908.

1              Name of Declaration
                This Declaration is the Quarantine (Declared Places — Yellow Fever) Declaration 2012.
2              Commencement
                This Declaration commences on 1 November 2012.
3              Repeal
                The Quarantine (Declared Places — Yellow Fever) Declaration 2009 is repealed.
4              Definition
                In this Declaration:
Act means the Quarantine Act 1908.
5              Declaration
                For section 12 of the Act, a place mentioned in Schedule 1 is infected with yellow fever.
