1              Name of instrument
                This instrument is the Defence (Declared Explosive Ordnance Depots) Instrument 2012.
2              Commencement
                This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.
3              Explosive ordnance depot
                For subsection 71L (2) of the Defence Act 1903, each area of land, place, building or structure, referred to by a unique code or number in an item of the following table, is specified.
