I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following regulation under the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Act 2005.

1              Name of regulation
                This regulation is the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commission Repeal Regulation 2012.
2              Commencement
                This regulation commences on the day after it is registered.
3              Repeal
         (1)   The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commission Regulations (Statutory Rules 1992 No. 122) are repealed.
         (2)   This regulation expires at the end of the day it commences as if it had been repealed by another legislative instrument.
